Award Categories and Criteria
Judges will select one winner in each award category.
Most Innovative Use of Tokenization – This award recognizes the company which has utilized XiSecure™ On-Demand to the greatest advantage, addressing the cost and scope of PCI compliance, enhanced security and brand protection. Nominees should demonstrate how they used XiSecure™ On-Demand to remove multiple internal systems from the scope of PCI DSS and state how they pass the token between multiple systems. The winner must also demonstrate how they reduced the time and cost it took to perform a PCI asssessment. This award is appropriate particularly for those customers in a CNP environment that have used Data Intercept and have successfully been able to utilize the SAQ-A.
Best Use of Technology – This award will recognize the company that has optimally utilized either XiPay™ On-Demand and/or XiSecure™ On-Demand to help address critical financial, operational and security issues related to accepting electronic payments. The nominee must demonstrate how the company has improved business processes throughout multiple systems such as reducing manual steps required to clear accounts receivables, minimizing manual entry, reducing labor required to process invoices and streamlining efficiencies. The customer should show how these technologies have improved their bottom line by: reducing interchange fees, DSO, cost to achieve PCI compliance and cost of PCI compliance audits. Lastly the company should note how these technologies have enhanced the security of business by: minimizing data security breach risk, eliminating storage of cardholder data and/or limiting access to cardholder data.
Best Global Use of Technology – The award recognizes the customer that demonstrated true innovation in the implementation of an integrated payment processing solution on a global scale. The nominee must demonstrate how the company has improved business processes throughout multiple systems such as reducing manual steps required to clear accounts receivables, minimizing manual entry, reducing labor required to process invoices and streamlining efficiencies. The customer should show how the use of these technologies has improved their bottom line by: not having to deploy multiple XiPay™ on-premise instances, reducing interchange fees, DSO, cost to achieve PCI compliance and cost of PCI compliance audits. How have these solutions helped the company open new channels of revenue on a global scale, while managing different currencies used in multiple processes? The company should note how XiPay™ On-Demand and/or XiSecure™ On-Demand have enhanced the security of business by: minimizing data security breach risk, eliminating storage of cardholder data and/or limiting access to cardholder data.
Best Use of Data Intercept Technology – This award recognizes the company that has utilized Data Intercept to the greatest advantage, addressing the cost and scope of PCI compliance while also enhancing security and brand protection. Nominees should demonstrate how they used Data Intercept Solutions to remove multiple internal systems from the scope of PCI DSS. The winner must also demonstrate how they reduced the time and cost it took to perform a PCI assessment. This award is particularly appropriate for those customers in a CNP environment and have successfully been able to utilize the SAQ-A.
Product Innovation – This award recognizes the company that has best demonstrated a superior ability to drive Paymetric product innovation. The nominee should demonstrate how they have been a catalyst for new feature or functionality development among the Paymetric line of services.
Client Services Collaboration – This award recognizes the customer that has been an outstanding “partner” in working with the Paymetric Client Services organization. Nominees will demonstrate how they have approached working with the client services organization in a collaborative manner so that efficient and timely resolution to open service requests could be readily achieved. This award embodies the true meaning of customer/vendor partnership.
Solution Extensibility – This award recognizes the customer that has experienced the full value of electronic payment acceptance by extending Paymetric solutions into other parts of their business in order to facilitate business growth. The nominee should demonstrate how their integrated electronic payment acceptance landscape has transformed over time to include new divisions or channels, or how the solution has helped transaction volumes grow.
Paymetric Advocate – This award recognizes the company which has been an advocate for Paymetric and our services amongst external audiences. This award will recognize the company that has extended the voice of Paymetric in the market by participating in some or all of the following activities: case studies, video testimonials, interviews with publications or analysts, joint webinars, endorsing the company through social media outlets or simply referring new business. Nominations for this award will happen internally.
Customer Tenure – Paymetric will be issuing several awards to those loyal customers that have grown with us over the years. The Platinum Customer award will be issued to those Paymetric Customers who have been with us for 10 years or more. The Gold Customer award recognizes Paymetric customers that have been with us for 5 years or more. Nominations for this award will happen internally.
