Sidney (Sid) V. Sack
Sid Sack, Paymetric’s Chief Financial Officer, is a well versed software technology executive, with over 25 years experience providing financial leadership throughout the corporate lifecycle – including early startup, aggressive growth, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
Most recently, Sid served on the Board of Directors of Transcend Services, Inc., a publicly-traded company and second largest provider of medical transcription services to the U.S. healthcare market. During that time, Sid also served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Sid started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., spending 10 years in its Audit practice. He has held executive leadership positions with software technology companies including XcelleNet, Salis and MetaSolv Software, an Austin Ventures’ portfolio company that was ultimately sold to Oracle in 2006.
Sid’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from the University of Florida.
