Nick Sommerio, Chief Financial Officer

Nick Sommerio joined Paymetric, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in September 2009, with responsibility for all financial functions and corporate strategy.  Nick brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting and merger and acquisition experience in the financial services and electronic payments industries.  Nick joins Paymetric most recently from RBS WorldPay where he was Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in helping the company become one of the fastest organically growing merchant acquirers in the United States for 2008.  Prior to RBS, Nick worked for Global Payments, Inc., where he held leadership positions during his tenure, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy.  In addition, Nick spent several years with First Data Corporation as Chief Financial Officer of Chase Merchant Services, LLC, based in Melville, New York.  He has also worked for Barnett Banks, Inc. (which is now known as Bank of America). 

Mr. Sommerio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA degree from Georgia State University.
