Mike Rivers, Chief Operating Officer

Mike Rivers serves as Chief Operating Officer for Paymetric and is responsible for driving the Technology Development, SaaS Operations, Relationship Management and Support groups to ensure seamless integration and high performance throughout the organization.

Rivers brings over twenty years of technology and operational experience, including strong leadership skills, corporate knowledge, and organizational proficiency to the executive team. Prior to joining Paymetric, Rivers was the COO of Xpanxion, LLC, and Executive Director for Thoughtmill Corporation. Both companies specialized in building highly successful SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and MSP (Managed Services Provider) solutions in the Financial Services and Security software market. Rivers also co-founded TransComm Corporation, a software firm focused on high volume on-line transaction processing solutions that was ultimately acquired by HP. Mr. Rivers attended the University of Texas with a B.S. Degree in MIS.
