Larry Wine, Chief Executive Officer

Larry C. Wine is a recognized electronic payments industry leader and subject matter expert, with more than two decades of global executive management experience.

Prior to joining Paymetric, Mr. Wine was president and CEO of RBS Lynk, where he provided strategic leadership, directed the company’s operations and established a diversified growth strategy to face the market. While at RBS, Mr. Wine increased revenue by 28% to $233M in his first year and launched a national business unit that delivered a 220% increase in annualized volume.

Previously, Mr. Wine was president of Moneris Solutions, a Bank of Montreal-Royal Bank of Canada joint venture, and one of North America’s largest electronic transaction processors. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Union Bank of Florida and was Chief Executive Officer of Biz Base, a JP Morgan Chase small business financial services initiative.

In 1999, Wine was a founder of LINK2GOV.com, an electronics payment provider for government, utilities, insurance and health care companies, which was sold to Metavante in 2005 for $65M. As president and CEO, he developed and implemented capital markets strategy, coordinated and executed the company’s planned initial public offering, and recruited and managed the executive team.

Early in his career, Mr. Wine held progressive management positions at Eastman Kodak and ADT Security Systems.
