Job Description

Paymetric is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager that is responsible for building, managing and maintaining relationships with existing and newly on-boarded clients. We are looking for the rare intersection of outstanding people skills, project management capabilities, and consultative client management skills to be a part of our Relationship Management team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success identifying and resolving client issues, managing client expectations, and uncovering opportunities while increasing client loyalty and satisfaction through all stages of the post-sales service lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for serving as the client’s advocate throughout Paymetric including:

  • Serving as the primary interface between the client and Paymetric for all questions, issues and escalations
  • Serving as key liaison between the client and the product implementation/professional services teams
  • Proactively working with clients to understand their business and technical needs and ensuring key aspects of the Paymetric organization are aware of those needs
  • Increasing client satisfaction and referencability through building and sustaining positive relationships
  • Reviewing service level agreements, contracts and client communications while ensuring client expectations are exceeded
  • Servings as an escalation point for implementation issues, support escalations and invoice inquiries
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the Paymetric solutions and their capabilities relative to the payment industry
  • Working with Paymetric Product Management regarding client enhancement requests, including communicating timelines of those requests back to the client
  • Communicate critical client needs to Paymetric management and coordinate internal reviews of issues as needed.
  • Work independently, with your colleagues and/or Paymetric partners to coordinate deliveries based on client’s needs.

Qualifications

We have high expectations at Paymetric. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • 3+ years experience client facing project coordination and/or project management capacity
  • 3+ years experience in the software industry in a relationship and/or client management capacity
  • Proven success and understanding of what it takes to deliver complex mission critical solutions in a SaaS environment
  • Motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic and high energy level and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent consultative skills and ability to identify potential opportunities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage a great deal of complexity and multiple priorities at one time
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technical and commercial environment
  • Confident with multi-level communication skills (oral and written), including communication at the C-level
  • Collaborative working style across internal, external and partner teams
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Bachelors degree required
