Larry c. wine named chief executive officer at Paymetric, inc.

HOUSTON, February 20, 2008 - Paymetric, Inc., a leading provider of innovative payment card solutions, announced that Larry C. Wine has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday, February 25. Wine brings more than 14 years experience as an electronic payments industry executive.

Wine comes to Paymetric from RBS Lynk, where he served as president and CEO. RBS Lynk is a single-source provider of electronic payment processing services and the US payment processing division of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Prior to joining RBS Lynk, Wine was president of Moneris Solutions, a Bank of Montreal-Royal Bank of Canada joint venture, and one of North America's largest electronic transaction processors. In 1999, Wine was a founder of LINK2GOV.com, an electronics payment provider for government, utilities, insurance and health care companies which was sold to Metavante in 2005.  He has also held executive management positions at Union Bank of Florida and JP Morgan Chase.

Wine will succeed acting-CEO Ty Miller, who will continue to serve as Paymetric's Chairman.
