Paymetric Names Gary Epple Senior VP of Product Development and Services and Ariel Mendiola VP of Strategic Programs

HOUSTON, February 15, 2007 – Paymetric, a leading innovator of electronic payments solutions, announced today that Gary Epple has been promoted to senior vice president of product development and services and Ariel Mendiola has been appointed to the position of vice president of strategic programs for Paymetric. Both positions will report directly to Ty Miller, Paymetric chairman and CEO.

He has proven himself an adept leader and a strong advocate for Paymetric customers in the development of our solutions. In his new position, Epple retains his former responsibilities for product development across the Paymetric product suite and also assumes a new role as leader of Paymetric’s customer support and professional services teams. Prior to joining Paymetric, Epple was vice president of product engineering for Clear Commerce, a leading provider of fraud prevention and payment processing solutions. Epple possesses over 20 years of experience in the software industry.

Mendiola is one of Paymetric’s co-founders and has held senior corporate positions with SAP, Exxon and Garden Ridge. Prior to Paymetric, Mendiola held a key consulting position with SAP where he was instrumental in the implementation of ERP systems at more than 20 Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries. Mendiola possesses over 16 years experience in the areas of payment technologies and systems integration.
