Paymetric names Steven M. Putney as President and CEO
Houston, July 12, 2004 – Paymetric, Inc. announced today that Steven M. Putney has joined the company as President and CEO. Mr. Putney’s experience and prominence in the payment card industry will further solidify Paymetric as the premier provider of Enterprise Payment Solutions.

Prior to joining Paymetric, Mr. Putney was Senior Vice President of Commercial Card Services at Bank One. While at Bank One he led the business development efforts that increased the business size from $4 billion to $8 billion in less than three (3) years.

Mr. Putney previously held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager at PaySys International. PaySys was a leading international provider of software applications for the credit card industry, and was acquired by First Data Corporation in 2001. Mr. Putney’s additional career highlights include executive positions with US Bancorp, EDS, and Citibank.
