Debra South, Chief Financial Officer

Debra South has over has over 16 years of experience in accounting and has worked in the software industry for the past eight years. Previously she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for LogicaCMG, where she led an initiative to save the company over four million dollars annually in facilities and operating costs during the corporate services transition from Boston to Houston. She has also worked for STS, Worksuite, Igloo Products and KPMG Peat Marwick. At KPMG, Ms. South was responsible for the preparation and audit of SEC filings for Casa Ole Restaurants' initial public offering.

Ms. South is a CPA and earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
